Design & Installation · Commercial

Commercial landscapes installed on time, on budget, and to the plan.

When a property is open for business, the landscape has to be built without slowing it down. We design and install commercial landscapes across metro Atlanta, for office parks, retail centers, hotels, multifamily communities, HOA common areas, and institutional grounds, with our own crews and a schedule that holds.

Built for commercial reality

Why property managers trust us with the build.

A commercial install is judged on more than plants. It is judged on whether the work finished when it was promised, cost what it was quoted, and did not disrupt the tenants, guests, or residents paying to be there. That is the part we are built around.

  • On time, on budget On time and on budget is the standard for our construction work, because commercial timelines and costs are not suggestions.
  • Top-25 ranked Ranked among the Atlanta Business Chronicle Top 25 commercial landscape companies, we install to add lasting value to the property.
  • In-house crews Our own crews build the work, so the schedule holds, the site stays clean, and the finished landscape matches the design.
  • PM-fluent We work the way property managers do: clear scope, responsive answers, and a single point of contact through the whole build.

Where we build

Commercial properties we design and install for.

From a single monument-sign entrance to an entire corporate campus, we scale the same standard of design and installation to the property in front of us.

  • Corporate office and office parks
  • Retail and mixed-use centers
  • Hotels and hospitality
  • Apartment and multifamily communities
  • HOA and community-association common areas
  • Private schools and campuses
  • Municipal and civic grounds
  • Industrial and institutional sites

What a commercial engagement includes

From first walk to final walkthrough.

Every commercial project runs through the same stages, scaled to its size, so ownership and property managers always know where the work stands and what comes next.

  1. A site walk and scope

We walk the property with you, or read the plans on a new build, and define the scope: what the landscape has to do, the conditions it has to survive, and the impression it has to make. Nothing is priced from a guess.

  2. Design and digital imaging

Our landscape architect draws the plan, and digital imaging renders it so ownership, a board, or a tenant committee can approve the look and the plant palette before a shovel moves.

  3. A clear bid and proposal

You get a written proposal: scope, plant and material specification, phasing if needed, and a schedule. Value engineering keeps an ambitious design inside the budget without cheapening the result.

  4. Scheduled installation

On approval, our own crews build to the plan on the agreed schedule, keeping the active property safe, clean, and open for business through the work.

  5. Walkthrough and handoff

We walk the finished landscape with you against the agreed outcome, then fold it into a management program with the same firm, so the new investment stays the way it was installed.

Design and bid opportunities

How to bring us a commercial project.

Whether you are planning a new build, renovating a tired landscape, or putting a project out to bid, the fastest way to start is to tell us about the property. An owner reviews it and follows up directly, no call center, no account manager relaying messages.

Good questions

Questions commercial clients ask.

How do we get a bid for a commercial project?

Send us the property and the scope through the proposal request and an owner will follow up to schedule a site walk or review your plans. There is no cost or obligation to get a proposal, and because we design, install, and maintain in-house, one firm can answer every question about the project.

Request a proposal →
Can you work on an occupied, operating property?

Yes, and most of our commercial work is exactly that: office parks, shopping centers, and hotels that never close. We sequence the work to keep the property safe, clean, and open, and we coordinate around your tenants, guests, and peak hours rather than around ours.

Do you install landscapes you did not design?

We can, but we prefer to design what we build, because a plan drawn by our landscape architect and installed by our own crews holds together in a way a handed-off plan often does not. If you already have a design, we will review it, flag anything that will not thrive in metro Atlanta conditions, and bid the installation.

Will the same company maintain it afterward?

Yes, if you want us to. The same crews and horticulturists who built the landscape can maintain it under a management program, so there is no seam between the install and the care, and no finger-pointing if something needs attention in its first season.

How do you keep a project on budget?

Value engineering and clear outcome definition. We agree on what the finished landscape has to be before we begin, then design to reach it within your budget, putting the money where it makes the most visible difference. On time and on budget is not a slogan for us; it is how commercial clients keep hiring us.

Have a commercial landscape to build?

Tell us about the property and the timeline. An owner will scope a proposal built around it, on time and on budget.
