This page explains, in plain terms, what information this website collects, who processes it, and what happens to it.
About this preview. This is a concept preview website, prepared to demonstrate a modern redesign for a metro Atlanta landscape company. It is not operated by, or affiliated with, the business named on it, and it is not indexed by search engines. Anything you send through a form on this preview goes to the team that built it, not to the business named on the site. This notice describes how that team handles your information.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to type into a form on this site. There is no account to create, and we do not build a profile of you.
- Contact and proposal forms: your name, email address, and message, plus any optional details you provide (such as a service interest, a rough start window, a budget range, a phone number, or a call-me preference).
- Careers-interest form: your name, email address, a note about yourself, and optionally the role you are interested in and your years of experience.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal information, payment details, or documents through these forms.
How we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to read your message and respond to it. Because this is a concept preview, submissions are delivered to the inbox of the team that prepared the preview so they can follow up. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.
How a submission is handled (and stored)
When you submit a form, it is emailed to us. There is no database behind this site collecting or storing form entries. Your submission is held only as an email in the recipient inbox, subject to that provider's ordinary email retention, and is used to reply to you. If you would like your message deleted after we have responded, ask and we will remove it.
Who processes your data
We keep the number of third parties deliberately small, and none of them is an advertising or tracking company.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers it over its content-delivery network. As the hosting provider, Cloudflare processes ordinary request data (such as your IP address and standard server-log information) to serve pages and protect the site.
- Cloudflare Turnstile provides the anti-spam check on our forms. To tell a person from a bot, it sends a challenge token and your IP address to Cloudflare. It is a privacy-respecting alternative to a traditional captcha and does not track you across other sites.
- Cloudflare email delivery carries your form submission from the site to our inbox.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and it runs no third-party analytics. Cloudflare's infrastructure may set essential security cookies (for example, to detect abusive traffic); these are necessary to serve and protect the site, not to profile you.
If you switch languages, decline a language suggestion, or dismiss the language bar, that single preference is remembered in your browser's local storage (under the key lang-suggest-choice) so we do not ask again. It stays on your device, is not a cookie, and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser.
Fonts, images, and maps
Our fonts, images, and the map on the contact page are served from this site's own domain. We do not load fonts from a third-party font service, and the map is a static image with a link out to a mapping app you choose to open, so viewing our pages does not quietly hand your visit to another company.
Your choices
You are always free to contact us by phone or email instead of using a form. If you have sent us a message and would like to know what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us and we will take care of it. Because we hold only the email you sent, honoring such a request is straightforward.
Children
This site is intended for property managers, business owners, and job seekers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this notice
If the way this preview handles information changes, we will update this page. Because it is a concept preview, the notice reflects the site exactly as it is built today.
